Diving
With 17 dive sites all located within fifteen minutes by boat from the resort, The Havannah is the perfect luxury base for begginer and experienced divers alike. Offering the best diving in Eftate, the Havannah area abounds with colourful hard and soft corals, tropical fish, turtles and dugong. The Havannah works in conjunction with a PADI dive centre who pick our guests up from our jetty in the morning, and drop divers back to the resort in the afternoon, ensuring an easy dive day out for our guests. We also offer dive packages for the more serious divers who wish to try experience the best of the dive sites on offer.

Fishing
The Havannah works with fishing charter companies in our area who can collect you from our jetty and help you catch the big one. Our local waters are teeming with reef and game fish, and in no more than a 15 minute cruise from the resort you can be in deep water where you can catch Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi and Marlin.
Some fish which can be caught year round include
Yellowfin Tuna, Skipjack Tuna, Dogtooth tuna and Giant Trevally,
while other game fish are around all year, but have high
seasons. These include:
- Blue Marlin and Swordfish - year round. Peak season November to March
- Black and Striped Marlin - year round. Peak season September to November
- Mahi Mahi and Wahoo - year round. Peak season April to November
- Sailfish - year round. Peak season June to November
